What does my Fitness Program Include?
CUSTOMIZED Training
Choose one of my three workout levels - Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. Choose the level that best suits your personal fitness and capabilities.
My workouts will take your training to the next level and help you get fit, even when you train at home! I will give you the exact instructions on what to do, exercise-by-exercise, rep-by-rep. These workouts will change as you progress toward your goals and as your fitness improves.
The workouts are designed to be effective and efficient. For your convenience, all the exercises can be done from home, using only a few pieces of equipment. No matter how busy your schedule is, you can easily find the time to fit your training into your busy schedule.
MANDATORY EQUIPMENT NEEDED: An Exercise Waist Trimmer/Sweat Band (buy from Target, Walmart, Ross, or TJMax.)
DEPENDING ON YOUR CHOSEN WORKOUT, you can also opt to buy:

They are designed to keep you fuller for longer AND satisfy your food cravings. The plans are simple with no complicated or timely meal prep, so they are perfect for your busy schedule.

Online Personal Training Accountability
It's not enough to be handed a WORKOUT and MEAL PLAN if there is no accountability. So with my online, TAKE YOUR BODY BACK fitness program, either I or my team will hold weekly, LIVE group meetings. These sessions are perfect for you to ask questions or share your challenges and results. They are informal sessions to give you motivation and keep you accountable. The hardworking sisterhood is composed of supportive women who all have the same goal and will encourage you daily - to Take Your Body Back!
And don’t worry if you can’t make it to every meeting as they are recorded so you can always tune in later when you’re free to replay the recordings.

The great thing about my fitness program is that it runs throughout the year! You sign up for a monthly, 21-day fitness challenge with a 7-day breather giving you the time to rest and recharge before the next cycle.

Take your body back Fitness and Coach Juantisa (Tisa) Hughes is the truth! I joined TYBB when I was around 171 lbs. and just coming off of gallbladder surgery. I also had back, shoulder, neck pain and asthma. I played all types of sports growing up and was in the military for 11 years and was approaching 45 years old but feeling like there had to be more. What was there to lose? Coach Tisa made beginning easy. I went from 171 lbs. to 145 lbs. and I am now maintaining at 155 pounds right now. Once I hit my goal, I began her custom-made Rock Steady program which is daily maintenance. My aches and pains have subsided tremendously and I don't use my inhaler half as much as I used to. I went from a slow walk to being able to run with ease. The group of ladies encourage one another and cheer each other on but Coach Tisa is the glue of it all. She is there every step of the way coaching, cheering, guiding and offering advice day in and day out. I'm not sure how she does it but she gets it all done.
