My life hasn’t always been easy, I come from humble beginnings with dark moments of verbal, physical, and emotional abuse. Living through family addictions, broken relationships, financial hardships, and the threat of what was shaping up to be a very nasty divorce have given me the very foundation to help women like you break free from your past.

I worked as a Criminal Investigator for 15 years, while obtaining my Masters and studying for my Doctorate of Education. So really, I get it, I’ve been exactly where you are now, when you’re trying to be the best mother you can be, trying not to neglect your marriage, all the while trying to keep yourself fit and healthy. It’s overwhelming, and I’d be surprised if you’re not feeling depleted and broken.
